Once you have achieved your goal, you feel satisfied because looking back at where you started, you realize how far you have come. Then, you start planning for another goal and you succeed again. You reach your goals every single time. Wouldn’t that be amazing if this was true? Life would be too easy and there would be no lessons to learn. 2. Your mindset
You have your goals set, your strategy and steps that you need to take. You even have your calendar with your daily actions. I hope so!
Now is the time to visualize, to make yourself believe that you already reached that goal. ” Act as though YOU are and You will Be “. Things start to happen when you act as though you already achieve the goal. By creating something first in your mind, believing that it is happening NOW is the most important process of goal setting. If you don’t believe it will happen, if you can’t visualize yourself in that specific moment of you achieving that goal. Don’t set any goals, POINT BLANK.

When you go for that new goal make sure that you surround yourself with people who support you. We attract people who are on the same frequency, thus make sure that those around you have similar objectives.
2. Your actions
Now is the time to create a routine that works for you. It will help you stay on track and not fall off track. It also gives you the momentum you need to keep going. Most people stop because they do not have a plan, their mindset is not on point and their actions are not aligned with their goals. What you choose to do with your time is your responsibility. So make sure you take actions are aligned with you achieving the things that you planned on your calendar.
One last thought, one year from now, you’ll be one year older no matter what. What can you do with your goals today that will make looking back to today feeling different and satisfied?
