Work-Life Balance, something we all would love to master.  There isn’t a real go to guide to help you achieve what you really want, we all have different lives.  The good news is, there are a few tips out there.  

These are my top 5 tips:

1 – Don’t say YES all the time

Let’s be honest here, you are not a magician or a super hero.  It’s impossible to please everyone all the time. Learn to say NO and trust me no one will hate you for that.

2 – Make technology your best friend

Today’s technology is full with ways to keep you organized. Take time to search great mobile apps especially the ones with the ability to plan your schedule and set reminders.

3 – Prioritize, Prioritize and Prioritize

Choose your battles. Don’t think you can spend your time on everything.  Thinking strategically even about identifying the right time to go food can give you the opportunity to tackle a lot more and more efficiently too.

4 – Cleanse

De-clutter  and cleanse often: Your space, your body and the people around you.  It feels good to start fresh and reorganized. Stay away from the negative energy and foster these positive, supportive relationships.

5 – Pace yourself

There’s so much you can do in one day.  Breath and try to address situations one step at a time.  Remember, you don’t want to create a problem from a problem. So take a step back before you react.
