Ingredients for one smoothie:
• 1/2 cup of frozen mango, cubed
• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 1 banana, slices
• 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
• Pinch of salt

1. Place all ingredients, except the chia seeds, in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. For a creamier consistency, add more coconut milk.
3. Add the chia seeds and pulse once or twice until blended through.
