LS Cream is a homemade Haitian recipe passed from generation to generation. It is a very popular drink in Haiti, especially during the Holiday Season. The beverage also known as cremas, is created from fresh dairy products with an innovative crafting system, it takes only one taste of LS Cream Liqueur to understand why it classifies as a premium liqueur. It recently received a Gold medal at the Wine & Spirit Wholesalers of America.


It all began with the Haitian-Canadian entrepreneur Steven Charles from Montreal who saw the opportunity of crafting a spicy cream liqueur not available anywhere else. Making his product the first professionally crafted Haitian Cremas. The beverage is  100 % natural , gluten-free and some of the ingredients are creamed coconut, sweetened milk, rum, and various spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and 17 % alcohol.  You can drink as you pleased, by itself or on the rocks.



  • Crushed Thai chili beans
  • 2 oz of LS Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz of Mango flavored rhum
  • ¼ oz of coconut flavored rhum
  • 1 oz of milk

Add all the ingredients into a shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into an old fashion glass filled with crushed ice. Add grated coconut. Sprinkle some ground chili on top. Add a red Thai chili pepper on top for decoration.
