In this video, I talk about the beliefs you have about yourself and life in general. I also address the importance of believing in yourself by increasing your self-confidence. Your beliefs have to reflect your daily actions. For instance, if you believe that you are a healthy person, you’ll have to work out, eat healthy, and have a positive mindset. Your actions have to be aligned with your thinking.
